If you use Wasp or Hunter then go for Izida M1. That way you'll be able to earm more crystalls.

It is better to have a more powerful weapon, than a powerful tank. It is the weapon that helps you earn points, the tank just helps. That said, M0 Dictator is frustratingly slow. If you have M3 Wasp already, use it (as fast as M0 Hornet, and almost as strong). If not, buy the Hornet only if you are truly committed to being an Isida player. Isida is best with a fast tank, and M0 Dictator is not fast enough to maximize the Isida's potential. I would not use Dictator until M2 level. BTW, this is from personal experience...M3 Isida/M3 Dictator for me.

I think it would be better for you to buy Isida and then to play on the map Island wtih dictator m0 and your isida. You don't need much speed on this map. Than buy Dictator m1 and go for little bit bigger maps.

And you also can play in team just treating your teammates.
