Are you reffering to my idea Hazel? If yes, I think that the vote should come from people that actually make maps and not everyone that just happens to read this post... Most of the readers just see lines and words. Can they really imagine the proposal? Hmmm, who knows.. and that's why it's something that your map making team should say if it worths a shot or not.

However, don't take me wrong, I like to make maps (and been making in all the games I played and had a map editor) and for me it's ok whether you like it or not. I believe you 'll do the best thing. And no matter what, I will always be happy to play with maps. :)

Edinburgh and Cologne are fairly similar except Cologne is bigger. You can vote to save Edinburgh canadarules when the time comes but the likely result is that Edinburgh will be removed, sorry!

Here is my idea

 

Edinburgh has a castle just like Cologne, use that  in Cologne and leave the rest...it would work the best and maybe would satisfy more people

Cologne is far better for a team aspect. It means that there is a large open space in the middle which can be hard to get through. This itself means that tankers go round the side, which means more tankers go round the side, which means CTFers like me could zip up and down easily!

 

CONCLUSION: Siege out, Cologne in please

Ok, I liked the map a lot, but you want to know the only time I liked it? It was when I didn't lag, I think this map has a bit to many details, so it causes lag, try making few props, but still look amazingly cool. Just suggesting.. don't have to listen...

I really hope they get rid of Island to be honest and bring back Cologne! Island is such a small map with not much space to move. Island is just terrible. Please remove that terrible map and "Bring back Cologne please"!!!

Their are alot of players that like fort knox 3 or Edinburgh. You need to have us vote on a variety of maps in order to make a strategic decision. The way I see it, you are picking a map that isn't played in much and thats not fair to players who play in it.

Madness is a great map but when a light tank hits the ground it has s ground pound effect where it goes splat and flips over. Viking isn't good for that map either, as its to small and wide.

Madness is annoying when you jump down from the top and land in one of the holes thus making you self destruct. But I still think Island is a terrible map. Madness is a bit similar to Skyscrapers in my opinion.

nah there different in skyscraper you just have to drive around and get the flag etc. We can understand the map but I never understand how to go down by driving in madness. It makes me mad, that's y the map name is madness . skycraper is good but abyss is terrible.

More interesting maps brings more players to tankionline, and more buyers and stable jobs for tanki makers. So bring it on votes. Personaly i would rather remove some other map which isnt interesting for majority of players, not edinburgh. Vote for less popular map i tanki and delete it, bring cologne in.

Do you guys remember that special map that got made called "Cologne" during when the 2000 gold boxes and 25% of MU's were an offer? Remember that? Well me and a lot of other people liked that map and I was wondering if you could ever bring it back again and keep it up forever?

I don't remember that one. But why Edinburgh? Why not get rid of Island? It's the smallest and the most rubbish map in the game. And you don't have much space to move in it.

island is a good map & its popular edinburgh is a very unpopular map

I wish they would just bring back Cologne. It's a great map just like Edinburgh and Fort Knox, but Cologne has way more room.

I really liked how they had the side paths and roads around the map on Cologne, you didn't have to go through all the traffic through the tunnel or the center ramp. It could also fit more people than Edinburgh or  Fort Knox.

I really liked this map, and I"m sad that it's gone. :(

No. 2 - Ping-Pong is the smallest map, I reckon

No. 3 - Madness is too laggy

No. 4 - Fort Knox is too boring for higher ranks, only really good for the low ranks.
