There used to be a Russian newspaper article on that. A few weeks after beta testing start in '09, a player called Avocado started stacking tanks to get on top of some buildings. ;)

Maybe you can investigate some or the other issue or problem like real reporters do? It doesn't have to be a problem, but basically digging around for stories in battles. You can write (fictional or non-fictional) mysteries in your articles. Maybe a celebrity column where you can tell us about the latest actions if certain interesting players?

- Perhaps a "Anything Goes" story contest; where you can submit a story with any subject, no limit on words, etc.

- If Raph continues to be inactive, bringing back the Editorials so other talented writers get the opportunity to showcase their writing.

What do you mean "inactive"? As in writing new stories/guides in the Newspaper, or just being on TO?

I would love this. Maybe the subjects should be narrowed down to something Tanki-related.

My only concern would be having too many long, long posts clogging up the page (long isn't a bad thing, but having to scroll forever to read the next person's submission would be annoying). This could be fixed by making enclosing your submission in spoiler tags mandatory.

Overall an exemplary idea, and I hope it gets implemented in the near future. In case it does, I'm mentally drafting a story (seems pretty good so far).

I think we have a similar thing coming in the next issue :)
