I would like to read an article of,

1. Who is the Richest player on Tanki, Past, And present.
2. What happens when You have reached the last level of rank.

 I am looking forwrd to seeing these in the newspaper some time!

About your second question - what do you mean? When you rank to Gismo, you just get the rank Crystals, unlock Mammoth M3, Dictator M3 and a few more things, and that's it! If you mean to ask "What objectives in Tanki will we be left with when ranking to Gismo?", at the last or the previous Newspaper Issue there was a column called "The Generalissimo's Handbook", blabbing more or less about the fact that there are LOADS OF THINGS to do when being a Gismo. I think that there are loads of things to do when raking to Gismo. As someone said (I don't remember who, but it isn't me - credit to whoever it was) in the forum, ranking all the way up in Tanki is like growing up in real life, and ranking to Gismo is like being 18 (or whatever age it is in other countries) and going out to the world as a free guy/lady with a whole life in front of you  :D

The first player to have started doing "parkour," to reach otherwise unreachable places was Avocado, in the Russian community. He was known for making some ridiculous-looking messes of flipped tanks, with one or two successful tanks on top of a building or wall, in the same screenshot.

 

The examples you listed were on cards that were created a considerable time after parkour got its first boost of popularity in the game. Deck 9 and Gravity were 2nd and 3rd generation maps, like Novel, Industrial Zone, Desert, etc. Parkour started a good couple of months before I came here, when there were less than 100,000 accounts registered and the mine was just introduced to the battlefield.

They said everything they want to tell about it in the VLOG already, and if they will want to say more they will use the VLOG for it again.

 

I play Tanki almost 6 years so I can tell something about it. Basically it all started from players starting to use tank made ramps to climb cliffs, players were just noticing the shape that is created when a tank is pushing against a cliff, and it looked like a nice way up so they decided to use it. After discovering this trick, players started thinking of other ways to climb things, then they started using tank towers, they were stacking tanks on top of each other and then driving to a place they wanted to climb. After some time when rico came out they started using it to climb cliffs, it was possible to climb cliffs with rico even when using mammoth by just pushing against the cliffs, then driving up while shooting down. It was used a lot in the map Dec-9 and in a few others. Players were also able to climb pipes this way, and the most popular place to climb pipes was the old Silence map. Another thing players loved doing in the old Tanki is jumping onto floating objects around the map Gravity, especially that pipe :D (they were removed later, and then the map was changed completely)

Basically these were the most popular parkour tricks back then, and as the game was changing more and more tricks were invented, especially after the physics update that made mines push players upwards when they explode. After this the community started coming up with tons of new tricks.

• What it takes to make a video of the week (what devs are looking for)
• Add a part on Daily Missions in the next 'Chronicles of a Nug'
• A review of press contests (I'm saying this for like the third time lol)
• A fictional article on a clan war (you can kinda make it like one clan killed the other clan's ringleader and the clans declared war on each other :P
• As falco said, a review of daily missions.
• More garage analyses
• An interview with 'imitation spec' photographers - @Yisroel.Rabin, @freestylefrost etc.
• Some map reviews by hogree (<3 'em)
• An article remembering Moon Silence
• A guide on how to control your hull while shooting a recoil weapon
• An article on shortcuts one can take in a particular map
