I'm a First Sergeant I have M3 firebird and everything else is m1 besides railgun which is m0 and i have every body my rank allows they are all m0 to should I save for isida or save for hornet I have M3 firebird

 

Get hornet at the moment, and play in maps like Iran. With m3 fire-m0 hornet in iran, going through the underground passage, you can absolutely pwn, trust me ;) But isida is good, and when m3 fire gets too useless, save up with your isida.

Get Inferno. M3 Freeze. M3 Viking. M3 Thunder 500-1000 of each drug.

M3 Freeze, M3 Thunder, M3 Mammoth, and use the remaining crystals on a paint or on drugs.

Style is very important here, but knowing your style, it would either be freeze or thunder.

This is a no-brainer. Its like asking shall i upgrade my wasp to m1 or upgrade my freeze to m3. Get M2 Isida obv. Waaaay more points/crystals.

Get m2 freeze and m1/m2 Viking and then buy storm. Then get M3 freeze and upgrade your Viking. After that save for hornet. ;)
