For example, Freeze+Hornet, Thunder+Viking/Mamont...

Should i upgrade dictator, hornet, or viking? I use isida and twins most of the time but later i might want to change to rico and/or freeze. I MIGHT use thunder but i'm not so sure of that. thanks. please comment respond

Ricochet M1 unless you already have a good weapon. If you do, then get Viking M2.

As you're not sure of your weapon. Go with Viking, it can be used with all the guns out there. Its speed and health are really balanced.

I would say with your choices... smoky. infinite range. If your on M2 then you can take out a railgun and a twin from far away.
