I have isida m1. What is the best hull with that? I have all ready wasp and viking. Or should i buy wasp m1. And what is good paint whit them?

With Isida, you need a fast tank. So you can take Wasp or Hornet, both are not very strong, but i should take Hornet, as it has just a little more

HP and is way more steady, so that you can heal when you're on enemy base and getting shot.

With a protective paint he can buy some time, that extra time might just get him to safety or to the other tank.

Why should he take a protective paint against twins, he can't drive towards them, so it doesn't matter if he get shot by twins with or without paint

You should keep Isida. I use it myself and i love it. You might get a protective paint against twins, because you can merely drive to them if

they shoot you. Take isida, watch out for twins and you will dominate.

Shud i get m2 mammoth or viking? with m2 ricochet. I can get mammy next rank but viking in two ranks. Mammy is real slow but viking is pretty fast. Some1 tell me wat they think

Get Thunder (or any other gun) first, yes you can beat an M3 Thunder, but what if he had Emerald also? You still loose. What if you come across players with other M3 guns? You don't have protection and only Thunder M2...

Hello, fellow Tankmen!! In my opinion I'm a pretty good Tanki-player, BUT... Now I realise, I can't decide which hull to go for! So I'd appreciate some tips/opinions/insights.

 

The turrets I have are, all M1's, Thunder, Shaft, Twins and Railgun.

I got Thunder as I felt I needed one versatile weapon. Twins seemed strong, and also versatile, but it's pretty boring to use. I like to aim at tanks. I got Shaft after seeing "ShadowVisions"'s YouTube-clips featuring Shaft, it seemed like a really fun weapon but I realised it's been nerfed too much. And then trusy ol' Railgun, the only weapon I really have fun using and the one I've used the most... I almost only use it, even when unsuitable for the map. I'm simply a railgunner! :lol:

 

The hulls I got, all M1's, is Dictator, Hunter, Hornet and Wasp. I've tried them all carefully, but still can't decide as I realise that with the current prices of crystals I should only choose one and focus on upgrading just that one. I want to upgrade and use two hulls, one chosen is the Wasp. LOVE the speed, and it's exciting to play with such weak armor in a way. But I need to have a versatile, really good hull too. Wasp is so specialized I'm sure I should only upgrade it with leftover-crystals. Though Wasp is really fun to use.

 

I'm thinking about Hunter. I need speed when I play with Railgun. I play in a very mobile way, always moving, always watching enemy tanks. I need to be able to avoid taking hits during the long reload time of the Railgun. Dictator will probably have OK speed at M2, when I get there... plus good armor. Also a good placing of the turret, I always drive it backwards and when you're taking up a fire-position, very little of the hull sticks out. Hornet? Nah, too similar to Wasp.

 

Anyone can share some thoughts? It would have to mostly fit my playing-style with Railgun. I will probably continue with almost only using it in the future aswell! :)

^i loved railgun b4 rebalance so, even after rebalance I bought railgun ONLY. As for hull, like you i also love speed, thats y i bought hunter M1. But i`l upgrade to viking M2 directly in future. Both have same speed. Till then will keep using hunter only.....I dont mind getting owned due to weaker hulls. But once i get railgun m2,i know i`l be able to easily compete even with my weak hunter m1.

So you're not intrested in further upgrading Hunter and get more speed?

^Or maybe not...myt stick to hunter and not vikings. I like hunter cos of its size, speed and stability. Uff...confusion...confusion..!! :D

I use Hornet with Railgun, I'm fast and flexible. Wasp flips too easy. I'm expecting Hunter to be a good choice too, but I'v never used it with Railgun so I don't know how flexible it is.

Dictator has its advantages because of the height and the position of the turret, but I find it a bit clumsy. Also Dictator takes the longest to upgrade, so if I were you I'd go for Hornet or Hunter (if it is flexible enough).

I wouldn't do dictator because it's clumsy and if someone drives up right next to you, you are too high to hit them. Plus dictator takes longer to upgrade, and at m2 viking has 30 more armor.
