What is the best hull to use with Smoky/Isida/Shaft? Those are my 3 favorite guns, in that order. Each are M1. I also have M1 Wasp/Hunter/Mammoth.

 

I am considering purchasing Viking once I am at the rank for its M2 upgrade, buy I'm not sure if its worth it. Whats the best hull to use with Smoky/Isida? Wasp, hunter, or viking? (We're talking about M1-M2 upgrades, as I will most likely never reach M3 ranks)

I'd take Smoky, because it needs open warfare to succeed. Hornet isnt all too strong

and with Smoky you dont have to be in the open all the time.

^^ Dictator is actually unstable on its way, but of course, it's huge, what makes it a little more stable.

To give my opinion about everything said about Railgun: Yes, you do have to got sufficient skills, no it's not just for TDM, just change your gamestyle than.

About Thunder/Smoky: Thunder isn't really stronger, because it has more CON's than Smoky, not just the self-damage. (Like someone said: shorter range than Smoky.) In battles I find Smoky's worse enemies than any Thunder. (Except for real pro's)

I wouldn't exactly say Dictator is unstable because of it's size and height, you can master those two 'issues' and you'll be a Dictator "Pro" I guess you could say. You just have to know where you can go with it, what you can do, and how to use it. Also, a few guns you pick with Dictator may be some bad choices. Example; Freeze, possibly Firebird... Shaft could work, but I wouldn't advise it. Some of the best weapons you can use with it is Thunder, Twins, Isida, Rico, and Smoky if you like.

 

And about Thunder... it can be stronger than Smoky 90% of the time because Smoky's critical hit isn't common enough to do something serious, and anyone who uses Thunder should learn that if they're in a bad situation, not to hit themselves. Example; you have some people who run into you because most of the time they know you'll try to hit them and damage yourself, which leads to self-destructing. So, to find a way out of that, hit him with a Mine. Most people can't get the concept, unless they really pay attention to who they're 'trying' to take out in a funny way. Another way you can get out of this spot is if you have surrounding walls near you. Hit the wall closest to your enemy to avoid damaging yourself, keep these tactics in mine, and nobody will mess with you! :)

this trick of hitting the nearby wall doesn't work anymore if u play against another skillful player, in summary i used always to be thunder player, now it has been announced that its considered as tire 2 gun, smokey is faraway better its a fact, so plz people try to accept this fact, get anti thunder paint like rust with smokey and see the results, cuz thunder players will be always using antithunder paints not to hurt themselves.. regards

thunder is best played with titan and faster tanks and not mammoth, cuz it needs quick moves to do tricks .. this is my opinion, may be u r right, titan is much smaller than mammoth, mammoth is so big and slow to do maneuvers, and with a skillful hornet player with thunder can beat a thunder with a slow mammoth, unless if they are on double speed, but again mammoth is one of worst tanks in this game, for its big size making it vulenrable to be hit, not to mention lot of maps doesn't allow mammoth to pass through lot of passages that other tanks go go through easily.. thank you

Just because Mammoth is slow and big doesn't mean that's the reality. People can do things with Tanks that others can't. You can go to almost every map and you can still use Mammoth.

I have, actually. I do random tricks in nearly every map, just to kill some people, or for fun, in the middle of warfare. That's one of the things that makes Tanki nice 4 me :D
