Does freeze protection paint really necessary? If so....Python or Inferno?

Just saw this so sorry for double posting... but anyway i would suggest that if ur getting a freeze paint then get inferno.... If u reach the rank of Lieutenant General then i would suggest u get inferno..... If not then dont think bout getting freeze paints unless its rustle (has other turret protections as well, eg thunder)...

Thanks :) and what about irbis? And emerald? I don't know if i want Cedar or rustle paint because it has the same protection against thunder.Does +10% on emerald really makes a huge difference? Edited by SilverCenturion

Is there a great difference between hornet and hunter ? 40 points of health is a good deal for 1.2 speed ?

The way I see it, it's senseless to purchase Hunter or Wasp if you already own Hornet. Its too similar to the other two. However, if you own Wasp + Titan/Mammy, Hunter is a great addition to fill the gap between light and heavy. Hunter M1 will allow you to take a fully powered Shaft M1 shot with 1 health remaining. It helps greatly because if you're trying to pop in and out of cover, you can safely do so. Even a fully powered shaft shot will allow you to retreat to cover to be fully healed in no time by a teammate Isida. I think Hunter is wonderful for Medium -> Large maps. In large maps, you need speed to move around and make it to the enemy's base, or to retreat when the odds are against you. It still enables you to take on two enemies at once though. Its more difficult to do so with a Hornet or Wasp. its M2 Modification is a nice upgrade, and M3 is WONDERFUL. M3 Viking sucks. M3 Hornet is inferior to Wasp. M3 Dictator is unlocked LAST. Therefore, Hunter is a great hull, and when paired with protective paints, it truly shines while keeping considerable health! With micro-upgrades on the way, you will be able to fine-tune it even further. If you want a tad bit more health, you will be able to do so. If you want its M3 version to hit the 8.0+ mark in speed, your dream will be a micro-upgrade away. It is a top competitor in high-ranked games, and holds its own in the M1 and M2 stages as well. Its better for drugging with than a hornet, because the double armor with both hulls as M2, Hornet has 138hp X2 so 276. Hunter though, at 174 will have 348 health. So it makes double armor much more effective. Its also much more stable.

Sorry if I rambled. I love hunter. xD Hope this helps you make a decision.

I don't care about M1, its crap.

I think it is too similar to Hornet, so I'll get M2 thunder instead.

I'm becoming sick of the Twin + Thunder/Mammoth + Titan full druggers running Silence matches like they own the place. What would you suggest to stop these annoying players from ruining a nice match of CTF? (Other than freeze, I hate using freeze.) They all have 4.00-7.00 K/D Ratios! They come into the base, drive over a mine, take 20 shots from my team while getting 3 kills. Then they use their health kit, drop a mine on the way out of my base, and then proceed to be healed by its team of isida's while getting 3-5 more kills and finally capturing our flag. What, if any setup can I use to significantly hinder these players, without drugging? (Or use only double power)

Don't play Silence. I have said to myself to not play Silence anymore, no form of it. It's a quite boring map as well, I think, other maps are much more interesting and have more space and nice one-on-one space.

If you want to continue playing Silence, being with 3 Railgunners should do the trick.

What should I buy? Firebird M2, Mammoth M2, Digital, Rustle, or Spark? (Once I rank up of course)

Hide behind houses, just hit and run.

Raphael is right. And also try to mine them if you can.
