Upgrade your turret and hull first both to m2. If you've already done that then good, don't get rustle. Most people get it to get thunder protection and not freeze protection. Freeze's most annoying effect is obviously making you go slower and protection paint doesn't help stop this so it isn't worth it. Cedar is good anyway for a tank at your rank, maybe get a new paint when you encounter more m3's

True, i have inferno, and it never helps against freeze, unless if i am using freeze as well .. once u r frozen then u r done, other tanks will take u out while u r moving like a turtle.. my biggest mistake i spent crystals on inferno !

I heard that Freeze got a nerf. Is this true? Can we have proof? As a CTF player, using Isida/Hunter which paint would be best at my rank? Electra, Tundra, or Python?

Freeze if playing with a team in CTF they are supposed to help you in giving you the flag sometimes, because you can't attack, you can just defend, so it depends on the team work.. some teams i use freeze with, they just want me to stay. so they handle me the flag.. but they know they will score up as well once they handle me the flag after the new plan of how much far u walked carrying the flag

Does M1 Mammoth mix with M1 firebird or M1 freeze? I just tried M0 mammy + M0 freeze and it worked decent (better than the hornet-freeze which got me killed too much)

my dear.. please don't go with dictator m2, it is bad with all aspects .. its big, difficult to handle, difficult to aim, and because of its high head you can lose nearby targets .. hunter is faraway better, dictator is good just at its m3, even with its m3 i tried it and it is worthless bcuz of its big size = mammoth ! .. and by the way don't go with viking as welll.. you think u either need speed u go for hornet or u need armor u go with titan or mammoth .. with non battle supply hornets and wasps win in sandbox "as the ideal map".. the best thing how u can judge.. go play with generalissimos and watch who is the best and for which map ..

if you can afford for m3 wasp then sure its better than hornet m3, but not its m2, so you need to have alot of patience and crystals, the lucky people after the rebalance were those who were already marshals, selecting the right choice was much easy for them after they got refunded, while all the rest they had to suffer to rank up and going into many mistakes until they could buy the good m3 items, so they headed toward the pathetic viking and hornet or dictator

I'm sure Dictator isn't that useless. Maybe it has its uses. It's probably like Ricochet, very difficult to handle, but if used in the right hands it can be quite effective. Maybe we should ask someone who uses Dictator. :blink:

 

I'm pretty sure Dictator is a ranged Fighter however. It has fairly good armor and is speedy- thus being able to travel from place to place; that trait is good for people who like to alternate between different Sniping spots. Like many mentioned, it's like a Mammoth, however it's a tad bit more flexible in ranged battles because it's able to fire downward and upward easier. Besides, it has a scorpion-like posture, so I have a hunch that it's good for approaching enemies up front- not to mention using the extra speed and huge body mass to ram the opponent.

 

However, like many said it is very tall. I've been at maps before and I can snipe the heads of Dictators with ease even if they're behind a wall. Lol. :ph34r:

At my rank I see more Thunders than Railguns so Metallic would be better for me. It all depends on what weapons you encounter most and which you find the most annoying.

What are you suggesting then? That viking, dictator and hornet are the worst hulls? It's okay if you think that hunter's are the best but not everyone would agree with you. That comment was highly ignorant, viking, dictator and especially hornet ( They use all these hulls in clan wars I have you know) are perfectly fine.

Sure Dictator has very bad stability but you're very biased and you over emphasized the bad points of dictator. It has the best overall stats and this alone is useful. If you can practice to use the height to your advantage than that alone is a skill. Dictator isn't as bad as it seems...

Hornet and viking are definitely not the worst hulls. Though I prefer wasp over hornet any day, I can respect why people got hornet as it has more stability and slightly more health and extremely cheaper than wasp

I have reached a peak of 50,000 Crystals! ^_^ Now I'm waiting for Sales. Should I try to get a Hull and a Weapon, or just a Weapon. I'm looking for M2 weapons, so yep.

 

It's either that or if Mammoth goes 25% off again and I can buy it. :blink:

I've one question. Firebird M2 would serve as a semi-M3 weapon, right? Especially with the Micro-upgrades? Whereas Railgun M2 will fade out in the future unless I micro-upgrade or get it to M3.

So guys, I want to get M2 Mammoth + M2 Freeze at the next sale. I have calculated the price, but I don't trust my math, so on a 25% sale, how much would M2 Mammoth + M2 Freeze cost? I already have M1 Mammoth, and I don't have freeze at all. And is this a good combo? If I save up even more (I probably will) what else should I get? A paint? Another weapon? Another Hull? I think the next sale will be September 9th, and I plan to be 2 ranks higher by then. I already have M1 Mammoth, M1 Viking, M1 Isida, and M2 Rico right now. Any suggestions?

Don't get electra, unless you plan on using dps weaponry.

You see lots of isidas, not too many smoky and twins though since you can't upgarde them to m2 at that rank
