What to buy? What to use?

What are your opinions on Hornet and Wasp? Do they have a big difference in Armor wise? I want to latch a Twins on it, but I'm not sure if it's a big difference compared to Wasp.

 

Either that or I'll work for Hunter M1.

2) The paint has 15% Protection from all guns.

 

Well this changes everything. Since everyone will be using this, what is the best gun to kill off something that has 15% protection to everything? I think Railgun would be too slow in this case, what would you guys pick?

It lasts only for 15 days - don't get a weapon you can't use properly just to stop the 15% protection

M2 smokey is better than m3 Thunder, cuz first Smokey m2 has critical hits rate more than what is mentioned under its description

second its a longer range weapon than thunder, third no self damage that u can get in mid of battle yard, fourth most players are not using anti smokey paints

Railgun is good just in TDM and not for CTF, and u will most of times be away from bonuses

I am a master sergeant on my second account. I do not know what to buy. M1 upgrades will soon be available to me. I have 16,941 crystals. I do not know the "correct" way to progress through the game since the rebalance. Should I stick with smoky and wasp? Should I just buy whatever I want? Focus on only 1 gun and hull? Please help! I don't know how to maximize my crystal and xp output. :(

you should either wait for sale in a few days then save for freeze m1 or you can buy firebird m1 and mamoth m1 which in my experience (on test server) is pretty good with and without drugs it is a good defence in the silence maps on blue and red teams

I'd take Firebird. Only a few have protection against it, and from m2 is gonna be OP.

But don't go to much on defending, you'll defreeze the enemy with the flag so he'll be able to get away faster. Firebird is an attackers gun. As an attacker needs to be fast, I'd upgrade Hornet together with Firebird.
