I get that sometimes, it is still loading, sometimes you need to press the reload button for the reCAPTCHA, so it generates another one and maybe show up, if it still doesn't, change your browser. Or just try to wait for a bit  until it loads if you have slow internet, also @joker, what does this have to do with Google+?

Not google+, but the google site. Because my computer used to have a virus that blocked access to google.com but I also couldn't enter tankiforum because there wasn't reChapta image. When I finally removed that virus, reChaptas started working.

Oh I see, but I think the problem is that he has low internet speed, and thus the reChaptcha isn't loading fast, or because of the browser.
