I have rail M3 25/25 damage 25/25 reload 25/25 pentration,

 

with 100% penetration, it is good for small map where you get more chance to shoot 2-3 tank in a row,

 

it comes handy when needed, but the chance of kill 2 tanks in one shot is like 10% of the all time.

 

get full health and damage first, then reload time, then penetration , then impact force, of course, have 10/25 turret turning first as well before penetration.
