Hi,
I am trying to understand the concept of reward distribution within a battle. Based on what I have found the reward depends on the percent of the team score out of total battle score. The difference between the winning and the losing team is that the winning team receives an added amount of 20% of the total battle fund which is deducted from the losing team's reward.

Just for a visual reference:

I want to know if my hypothesis is right and if not then how does battle fund distribution actually takes place

I've tried Wasp/Twins once in the past, just after I released a newspaper article called What to mount on: Wasp in which I gave the combination a bad score - @Remaine challenged me to try it, so I entered a Sandbox CTF and managed to capture a flag. Ignore the fact that I didn't shoot anyone, and you could argue that I'm skilled with it :lol:

 

Well, I wouldn't turn down a challenge - it would be a fun duel, at least.

 

No, I don't really think Wasp/Twins is an effective combination in most situations, as I wrote in the above article:

Maybe this isn't quite a match made in heaven.

 

Well, this combination leaves a lot to be desired. Put simply, it doesn't work. Twins' high knock back really proves more problematic for a user of this combination than it does for any enemies. Not to mention the fact that many players would find this combinations a rather comical sight if seen roaming around a battlefield. Twins isn't made for Wasp, unfortunately; whilst it could be fun to mess around with this combination, it probably won't be very effective.

 

Overall effectiveness: 3/10

And the chances are that your favourite hull is Wasp (since you've just asked about it) or Hornet (as it's such a popular choice), lol.

It depends - in Your Creativity, players do post some constructive criticism, and there has been constructive criticism of CyberSport commentary on the forum. But I for one would love to receive more of it for the articles I write, and I'm sure other staff members feel the same way about their work, whether the feedback's given through PM (for feedback on moderation) or on the forum. After all, it'd help us to improve!

Aha, I actually know this one - they were invented in the northern hemisphere, and obviously, if you look south towards the sun then it goes across the sky starting at your left and finishing on your right. So, the hands of a clock go around it much as the sun would have gone around its inventors, and since the clocks' predecessors were sundials (which used shadows created by the Sun's position, that's what they were modelled on... Isida m2 : Short range, self healing, team healing etc.

I wouldn't really have to do either, but if I had to choose, I'd sing...

 

Rail M2's better, in my opinion. I bought both as soon as they unlocked and I used both a lot, but the difference is that Rail M2 is still effective right into the M3 ranks (without drugging)... Not to mention that it can be used in XP battles, too. Basically, it's more powerful than Isida is at M2, and you'll find you can one-shot some tanks without supplies at your rank, which is definitely fun.

 

World Of Tanks vs Tanki Online, what is better?

I'm pretty biased on this, but it's interesting you should ask - I just downloaded the mobile version of WoT on my iPad yesterday, and was messing around with it. It seems that WoT is more tactical, but there's much less variety in terms of weapons and what they do - I understand they have light, mediun, heavy and 'sniper' sort of tanks, but it seems they've tried to keep things realistic. Therefore, it seems like gameplay's slower there - I spent a lot of time driving around before I came across opponents - and once you do find opponents, turns out that most (if not all) tanks have a scope mode, meaning that exchanges are often done at long range from behind cover. I like their maps, definitely, their props interact with the tanks (e.g. you can run over walls), and they have cool extra features like more tiers for tanks, tank crews and ammo. But overall, I didn't find it as fun or addictive as Tanki. I guess it's because Tanki can cater for both casual and serious gamers, whereas WoT is mostly more serious.

It depends at which modification. I'd say the following:

 

M0: Thunder, Freeze.

M1: Thunder, Railgun, Freeze.

M2. Railgun, Thunder, Firebird, Ricochet, Shaft.

M3: Railgun, Firebird, Ricochet, Twins, Smoky.

 

Those are the most powerful weapons at each modification (in my personal opinion), which can be used very effectively without supplies.

The list is basically the same as those weapons given above - they're all effective both with or without drugs. The more powerful ones with supplies may be Firebird, Railgun, Thunder, Rico and Twins at later modifications, I guess.

It's an accurate hypothesis - we can't be sure about the working since none of us actually know the complex algorithm for battle fund distribution, but your attempt at least seems to be sensible. I know that the battle fund given to one team is divided equally amongst its players in proportion with their scores. The general pattern is that more fund is given to a winning team if it wins by more (and less fund to a losing team if it loses by more), but unfortunately, not much more than that is known about the algorithm. Try testing out your version on other sets of results to see if it works for more circumstances!

Well, you could try sprinkling some baking soda into the bag to neutralise the odour - there are other methods, too. Click this link for more information.

If you're sure that's safe - actually, Windows 8 has its flaws, I'd say that Windows 7 is easier to navigate/use so you're almost better off sticking to that, for now.

Well, currently there's no rule like that, but I think that clan players can receive a CyberSport warning for doing that. And thanks!

I don't really have a favourite - there are numerous series that I like, especially the Harry Potter series (I know that's mainstream k).

I am officially classed as a Hindu on the national census, though I personally don't see myself as religious. Despite this, religion is an interesting topic for me. But religious discussion is rightly discouraged on this forum, since it usually leads to flaming here.

The players that are still in the clan are usually the most loyal ones. Make sure you try and see why players are leaving your clan - is there any problem which is causing them to do so? - because if so, you should work towards solving this issue. In the meantime, make sure you continue to hold trainings and to talk with the older members of the clan, to let them know that you're still committed to it. Recruiting new players once the issue's been resolved isn't such a bad idea, either, but the best clans only have a dozen (very loyal) members. Good luck!

I wouldn't be a fair judge as I've only used iOS - however, it seems to me like a battle between iOS and Android here. I know little about Android, but I've heard it's good... Windows need to sort their later operating systems out before they can become a viable contender, IMO there are flaws with the way in which they're trying to modernize which mean that their OS isn't as user-friendly. Don't forget that the phone itself matters, too!

Personally, KFC - McDonalds have nice fries and drinks (e.g. milkshakes), but their chicken-based produce is barely edible in my opinion. KFC isn't so bad, in comparison.

The developers, for sure. I commentated on the inter-developer matches (where the developer tandem was decided), and the developers have a strong pair that any high-ranked tandem might find difficult to beat. As it is, the EN (especially) and DE tandems suffer from having low-ranked representatives - only the Russians have any sort of chance in my opinion, as I just don't think the lower-ranked players will have the experience or communication to overcome the developers.

Definitely XP - from what I've seen, you don't really have as much of an impact on game situations with BP, and that's just because you're better with XP. Like yourself, I'm also an XP player at heart :P

Wait for the next sale (which is likely to be very soon on Tankman's Day), then buy Rail M2 at a cheap price - Light Kit M3 will most likely be removed from the Garage at some point during this month. Don't worry, though - Rail M2 is very effective, even when playing with M3 players in XPs ;)

Definitely Hornet, it's a very useful hull even when hitting the later ranks. If you have crystals left over, go for a turret that you'd like - I'd suggest choosing from the more powerful weapons at M2 such as Thunder, Ricochet, or Railgun.
