Yep, it definitely is - unfortunate if you don't have it, but there's a beta 'Web Skype' version now which is usable without requiring any downloads.

May I point out that for some reason, the main Reporters' convo doesn't appear in Skype for Web? It's because of this new cloud-based thingy that prevents old convos created before Skype for Web came into being from appearing in your inbox.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Alternatively, you could always communicate with each reporter independently, bigtime - that's what I did at first. Little inconvenient, true, but it gets the job done ;)

Have you created a google group? That would work and possibly be more effective. No problems with skype or individual PM's. Just an idea.
