In my opinion, they want active people who will be making awesome videos\pictures all the time. They want to be sure that they are giving spectator to people who gonna work with it, not just play around with it. But I'm not the one who can give you the right answer tho.

She didn't block you without a reason. And she is not ready to forgive you ever for what you did to her, but she is ready to do you a favor and take some pictures of you, if that's what you want. For video, you will have to ask .
