People got work too. You will have to wait until he find some free time. And I would suggest to him to just delete videos of too simple rank ups. It takes time to make it and edit it and nothing special to see. Only organized rank ups should be recorded.

We record everything, but most of times rank up fail or is too simple. As videos are about to be posted on a popular youtube channel, they must be better organized. They all know that when they talk to me in skype. And they all understand it.

If you want some feedback, I'd say that the video you provided has decent examples of gameplay, but that you used too many effects. Constantly blurring the screen, changing its colour scheme or having lots of flashes doesn't make your video better - most of the time, a minimalist use of such effects will have a much better impact on the quality of the video. But good luck with your future videos, nice work so far! :P
