If supplies aren't visible on the screen, it means, they don't left any. About drop boxes, it might be lag. Try them:

If you can't see  your supplies, that means you don't have any left. And if you can't pick the Supplies that drops, that probably means you're lagging.

if u cant use the pickups that means  u r lagging 

if u dont see the number keys it means that u dont hv any drugs

Sorry to burst everyone else's bubble here, but he is not at a rank where he may use supplies. When you are in your garage you will be able to see what rank supplies unlock for you.

This problem is entirely due to your net connection. It often happens with me as well.

You cant get those sky boxes because your net must be slow and you lag. Try to fix your internet. And the number keys don't appear on your screen because of lag or may be you are playing a pro battle. Meanwhile you can reduce the lag to some extent by turning Dynamic shadows off in settings.
