Tanki Online(what is seriously going on)

First of all, I want to say that today was my worst day in tanki online. I joined a battle that was equally matched(20:20). I was playing casually and I managed to get a few flags+kills until my score was 1000+. I was then the first and then all the bs started to happen. The room was getting lesser and more players joined till about 14-15. I was playing always the way I did. But it started to get LAGGIER. It was lesser players than the previous batch. And then everyone who is at private was able to DESTROY me very easily. And whenever I turn my turret, everyone start to teleport and then the last thing you know I died. I became nothing less than a recruit. My rank was Staff Sergeant. Can someone seriously tell me why whenever I am first in a battle I start to die easier than when I wasn't. And explain why is it more LAGGIER in a room that has lesser people than the previous one that had more? Please reply this as quick as possible. I still can't settle down after spending so much time and effort that gives me back this kind of painful reward. Thanks.

This Is Not To's Fault Make Sure U Have Enabled Hardware Acceleration And Disable Mip-Mapping,Adaptive FPS And Sky box IN Settings. This Will Help A Little To Increase Fps And Decrease PING.Otherwise Try TO Run Tanki Online With Stand Alone Flash Player.

Lags cause frustration, I agree.

 

If the lags are intense, your skills will drop down to a very low level. You'd feel as if you have lost your skills, and became a Private trying to get a kill again and again.

It's understanding that lag can frustrate you and I'd say there is not a player on Tanki who's experienced some sort of lag during their gameplay including myself. I can suggest one thing to add to the other answers. Download opera and use in full screen mode (f11) this has helped with my lag and has increased the FPS. Another thing is to play on servers with less people because more people on a server = higher risk of lag so stick to another server when your preferred one is busy. Don't give up on Tanki, You'll enjoy it more without the lag.

At least you didn't get fatal error right before a game that lasted 9 hours end, it happened to me and in the end I got nothing.

It takes time for the computer to send information and receive and this delay in time causes lags. That's why other players appear to move faster than you.
