Freeze Freezing

I think freeze ruins the dynamic of the game. Tanki is supposed to be (relatively) fast paced with guns blazin' and hulls flippin' and blowin' up everywhere. But then, freeze comes along and slows the the team to a pack of turtles crawling across the map.

 

I think it should have a different unique ability. I was thinking like it freezes the ground below you and it'll be slippery, so you'll have a hard time maneuvering your turret and hull to shoot or somethin'. ANYTHING that will not (literally) slow down the game.

 

This is just one idea, leave some more down below. And, well, what do you think???

cleaning ground wont give score to you...

 

you could say "delete freeze turret" and it would turn out better than this idea...

No u still damage the guy, but instead of slowing down the tank, you freeze the ground

I think this will destroy Freeze. Though I agree on you that they're very annoying to play against :P

Does it really slow the game down?  Unless you are on drugs a stationary target with freeze damage + whatever else is around dies quickly.  More quickly than someone who isn't frozen.

Maybe its unique feature should be that it slows down the reload time of the enemy tanker? This could be a solution to how you feel about the game being slowed down.

Its not just me, others agree too. Another could be that it slows the turret rotation and no slowness effect on the hull...?
