The only time i shared my account was when my cousin wanted to test prodigi this happened for like 1 day (1 week ago) then i changed passwrd and now i got perm banned FROM THE GAME.

Ive told them the story:"What? I got banned for trading/sharing/selling my account to someone?I dont get it ive never done anything like that. CHECK THE IP OF THE FIRST LOGIN I DID AND THE LAST ONE IT WILL RESULT THE SAME."

Unfortunately, noone else except for the tech support can help you about that. So, try tp explain the situation, they should understand.
