Either your friend lagging or you lagging, so it should be fine after refreshing, and make sure you clean the browsing history and caches, so you will not have this problem again.

Watch the video carefully, neither of them are lagging. The hornet can write in chat and the wasp can turn it's turret without showing any lag symptoms.

yes I have watched the video, even though they are not lagging now it will still happen, because when they joined one of them were lagging I think. Is your Internet connection stable today? Your turret wont damage/the opponent wont receive any damage if your PING is high, even though the looks of the gameplay would look as if you aren't lagging - players wont be jumping, teleporting and such even though you are having severe lags at that time.
