I bet you are wondering what my opinion is? JK, your probably not. You probably don't care at all. But let's get back to the topic shall we? My answer: No. Yes, you saw that right. You don't need glasses (or if your already wearing glasses, you don't need better ones). No. It will never stop. Now you are wondering why. Well, even though you WE can try (we're all in this together right) that is just how some people are, or choose to be. We can't change that. We can try, but it will never change. And by try, I don't mean posting 27 stop bullying hashtags, and coloring all your social media posts pink. I don't think that will convince a bully to stop. If we want bullying to "stop", we need to teach kids how to deal with it.

I totally agree to with your post, here are my views.

bullying can stop, but only if the world was perfect. We can't stop murderers, thieves, or any bad guy, then how do we expect bullying to stop? But if we look it from a bully's point of view, it is sometimes legit for them to do it. I have been verbally bullied a lot of times, sometimes i just let it happen, cuz i knew that the bully was going through a bad time. They are also human's, they react to what's happening around them, but sometimes it leads to a bad action. What we can do is stop hating on bully's, they will come over their situation by there own. If they don't then that's a problem, but they deserve a chance. Think about it, maybe you become the next bully and don't even realize it.

bullying will never stop at school level and for the young. The good news is that bullying becomes alot less as you get older, this is due to a couple of reason like getting older and more mature and learning to just ignore it. But bullying will still be about at all times and ages in life.

Just think alot of billionaires and millionaires will not be that rick with out bullying.

Solution to bullying: jiu-jitsu, btw if nobody knows what jiu-jitsu means, its a very good martial art, if you do jiu jitsu on a bully, they probaly wont talk to you anymore, and since i go there everyday im kind of muscular (not trying to brag) so i look intimidating.

This is only going to work in the long term. Your not going to be able to tackle your bully after a few lessons.

People who bully, haters, trolls. They are all just mean people who are jealous. Just ignore their hate. And they will just leave you alone. That is my best tactic in school. However sometimes psychical punishment is taken into hand... I was nearly expelled last year from beating three bullies. Luckily i got some nasty wounds myself so I got off easy as self-defense. Such action should not be urged. And i try usually to ignore them. If you was wondering. Those three bullies are now very good friends of mine.

It's impossible. People are cruel, relentless, selfish, jealous, and are known for greed. It's not something that can be stopped, no matter how much one can educate. Sure, it's terrible; however, on places such as the internet... you just can't stop it. If you do see it and can report it (ie. your life isn't in jeopardy for reporting it), the obvious thing to do is report it. Kids can be jerks, and not known better. What can lower the chance of bullying is educating children while they are young on the matter. It's the only way to have a generation grown up ingrained with the idea that bullying is wrong and should not be tolerated.

Yes your right, and at school it should be about educating and getting the rate of bullying down.

But what happens when you become an adult, if in a good job and earning very good money then bullying is a must to make it to the next level.

And yes its about being relentless and greed, but are these things that bad when you are aiming for the top. After all if you have a house to pay for and a couple of kids why work hard to earn little if you can bully your way to the top, it can give your whole family a better life.

I don't think bullying will ever stop, and in school it is a scourge. Because of your weight, your height you wear glasses. It's just a big slew of reason's and the fact that kid's usually follow the mob mentality makes it even worse. There's usually one or 2 people who start the bullying and the rest of the kid's just pile on the hate because they want to be "involved". I won't lie, i have bullied and I've been bullied, so what comes around goes around. The real odd thing is that the person I was mean to became one of my best friends, funny how that work's. In my opinion bullying is just a plea for attention, which seem's to always work.

No... It won't actually ever stop... In my school I've just entered class 9. My school is divided into three parts Junior - Prep and Senior. I just entered senior school and basically, thats where all the bullying takes place. Currently, it is just my 3rd week in the massive building. I've just suffered from ONE case of bullying until now. That is, if you don't count the seniors mis guiding me and sending me to the french room instead of the english room. I was going to the canteen after school when some guys came and told me to bend down (Basically you have to stay in the "push up" position) and they put 3 heavy bags on my back after which they made me do 20 push ups - If I hadn't agreed to it they would have either beat me up, or soak me in pepsi. Today, I was returning from a trip to the water cooler when two guys stopped me and told me to empty the bottle of ice cold water on myself. I said "Please leave me" and thankfully, it worked. Now however, I have to take my 2500$ keyboard (the musical one) to school and I'm afraid that they might damage it >.< . Oh well, I guess I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed.. Now to get back on topic :P. So what I think happens is that when juniors get bullied, they have to wait for years until they become the senior most class. And since they have under gone so much bullying, they like to take revenge and the only source that they find to take this "revenge" out on is the juniors. This process goes on and on and on. Its very hard for this to be stopped.
