There is already something called Spectator mode, it is only available to Chat moderators, Commentators and a few more players.

Thats good idea. I sometimes want to watch some matches with that camera.(even starseries matches :P ) But yeah, i like that idea.  :D

If you want to be a spectator, you can simply fill up this special application if you think you can do some contribution to the community by properly utilizing it to make videos,pics etc. and are brave enough to take responsibilities for it as well.

I was thinking of a camera view like in gta.

Where you can use your mouse to move the camera to anywhere around your tank, also a camera which can leave the tank and fly around the map, but the health bars and all can't be seen, I think this would be best.

Most definitely not!  It might sound very entertaining, however it will be used by the unscrupulous opposition, to gain advantage over opponents.  It is hard enough for teams made up of individuals to compete against organised Clans as it is.  Just imagine what it would be like if Clans had a banks of stealthy cameras to spy on their victims.  No thank you.

Of course it can be used by a Clan or group.  It only needs a free terminal.  If a player has knowledge of what the other side is doing then it is to his advantage surely.  If I used another PC and watched the game that I was playing in, moved the camera around at will then I would have an advantage.

I think what hes saying is tanki should have an in game camera that players can use to record, and the videos should be sent to either your email, or the forum media. I for one agree with this because I am not an administrator on my computer and I can only use Screen-Casto Matic. That doesn't even give good quality and I suppose that's why my videos for video of the week keep getting rejected. Or it might be cause tanki doesn't stick to what they say, the videos should be from originality or your idea, however haven't you guys seen the last few videos are just copies of different ones from the past with different people?
