Automatic account recovery doesn't work through Miniclip portal

This problem with tanki inside miniclip has been since 2013, but nobody fixes this.

Tanki accounts created through miniclip.com portal cant change passwords and email by using the automatic account recovery process provided by Tanki. Links to change passwords and emails are sent to the linked email, but that link just lead to the miniclip tanki portal with login or signup prompt. The only way now to change pass or email for these accounts is through manual account recovery with help@tankionline.com, which takes almost 2-5 days.  The last time I changed pass was on Sep 8, and I had to go through manual account recovery in 5 days with help@tankionline.com .

To make it a bug report, this is how to reproduce the bug :
1. Go to miniclip site and then Tanki Online Game in multiplayer section.
2. Create a tanki account.
3. When you are logged into Tanki, go to Settings and click on the button to change password and email.
4. A message pops up that a confirmation letter has been sent to your linked email.
5. Log out. Go to your linked email and there will be the link. Here is my old link

 

6. Then follow the link, it leads you back to the login or signup prompt. No prompt to change password or email.

 

With accounts created from the main site of tankionline, these links do their jobs, but not with accounts created through miniclip.com . The same thing happens when you clicked on the Lost nickname or password link in the login prompt.

I created my account on Miniclip, to solve this go to Tanki's Website, log in with your password and username, when you send the message it will not give you a Miniclip link, it will give you a link to Tanki's Website and the change Password and E-mail prompt, I did it, it worked even if you created your account via Miniclip. The lost nickname or password will also work.

Thanks. Nothing is wrong except me. I kept that assumption for too long.

It takes more than 30 mins for me to load until the changing password and email prompt appears on firefox, mainly on googleapis and miniclipcdn. Opera needs less time. Choose allow all script on NoScript Addon in Firefox.

My lesson is :

If something doesn't work, try opera browser first.
