Question of the week problems

Hii guys, i really need help , can anyone help me please... In V-LOG 13 in question of the week they asked how many tanks are there , i gave the right answer "5 Tanks" on Facebook but i didn't receive the 20,000 reward crystals. And this is not the first time is happening to me again, for v log 10 i gave the right answer on facebook but i havnt received the 20 000 crystals, And now is 40 000 crystals still owing to me! Is some of the people that gives the right answer selected randomly to get the crystals reward or what happened with me is clearly an issue ? It seem playing the question of the week is worthless!!!

The first person who wrote the correct answer doesn't get the prize, he/she also needs to get most likes.
