It's so strange how when I play with Opera, I get a high FPS (like 50+) but then sometimes the game buffers a lot - even with the 50+ FPS. When it doesn't buffer, I can play with all effects on, no problem.

 

Then when I play chrome I get lower FPS of about 30+ but it works fine with no buffering. But I can't play with all effects on.

Chromium-based browsers are usually not good, also I am sorry, I couldn't understand what you meant by "Buffering".

Anyways, look at this, it might help.

Sometimes, when you're playing suddenly the FPS and Ping drop to red zone so it buffers (what do you call it?) and then it goes back to your normal FPS and Ping and works normally again.

Just don't use browsers use SFP.
