you look at my account and think im a noob, wrong, im 'newbea' a warrant officer 3, and i would like to see a mix and match turret

 

for example, if you were to max twins and rail, slow reload and long rang from the rail effects, and a sort 6 shot burst from twins effect, this will not be over powered due to its long reload and high damage if focused, but, as an added effect, it has a fast turning speed (smokey speed)  so you can spread the shot.  and as every modification the amount shot increases 2, so at m0 you will shoot 6, at m3 you will shoot 12, all shots are spread out within 1 second

 

another example would be thunder and isida, splash heal and splash damage/life steal, due to how op this sounds, it will have m1 shaft loading speed at m3 and its damage is significantly lowered due to the ability to ran into opponents and damage/life steal and heal itself due to its heal properties.

 

fire bird and smokey, flame infused smokey, same reload speed as smokey, instead of a crit, you get a shrapnel burn, same percentages

 

and to balance it even more, the cost will be the most expensive turret times 2 minus the half the price of the other turret eg.

m= most expencive turret

l= least expensive turret

c=cost

 

c=(2m)-(l/2)

 

so rail and twins will be 425 crystals at m0, 64,500 at m1, 217,150 at m2 and 408,850 at m3, total cost is 691,325

thunder and isida would be 3,350 at m0, 67,900 at m1, 186,000 at m2 and 288,950 at m3, total cost is 378,800

firebird and smokey would be 300 at m0, 18,450 at m1, 182,300 at m2 and 389,700 at m3, total cost is 590,750

the most expensive mix is isida and firebird at 754,625

and the least expensive mix is thunder and isida

and it is only compatible with the same m#

 

some mixes are more complicated than others, like rico and thunder, like rico, it will bounce off walls, but each contact with the wall it does splash damage.

 

thunder and twins, same model as thunder but with a larger end, on contact, it will shoot plasma balls around the area in a 15 radius, plus 1 each upgrade and colours of plasma changes according to twins upgrades

 

and some are more obvious, like rail and freeze, every shot freezes the oppenent, vice versa with rail and firebird. rico and shaft, you have mini targets on surfaces that hit an opponent so you dont waste shots aiming, the target will automatically move as the oppenent does.

some combinations i will question your doing, like shaft and twins, you snipe the plasma balls one at a time.

 

some calculations may be wrong but as the calculation says, most expensive turret times 2 minus the half the price of the other turret and hulls will be op

So you suggest to make new guns by combining existing ones? Why not to just make new guns instead?

And for the new guns why would you need to combine existing mechanics if you can make new ones?
