try to change my password

Hi to all,

 

Please I need your help with the following issue.

 

The issue is that someone blocked the access in my account when I try to change my password with a new also my email address .

 

Can not give me the access and a message appear (server is unavailable as it is under maintenance . we apologize for any inconvenience caused .Please try later or use another game server). If I choose the  option the screen becomes white with error 404.

I think you may need to specify here. Is your access blocked or are you unable to enter your account. If your access is blocked it means it was done by the Administration and you will need to contact help@tankionline.com for further information. If you are unable to enter your account, then you should be able to change your password through your e-mail. Please expand upon the scenario, and please quote my post in your response so I may be notified.

You need to go to the main page of Tanki and log in to one of the servers, you are probably using an old bookmark to the old servers links, and since the server links have been recently changed, you got an error screen, more info about the servers update can be found here: Server Switcher goes live plus lots of other updates.

Hi,

I will try to explain.

 

I can enter to my account, I have the access  but I can not change my password throught my email because I made a serious mistake. I send my email address to a player. I do not remember his name.

 

 

Something wrong with the follow link throught my mail when I recieved a mail from someone how called jafar barca.

As you said above, you have set someone else email address, so only help@tankionline can solve this problem, send a email to help@tankionline.com and explain the situation to them.
