Ideas for Parkour!

I wanted to touch base with Parkour on how easy it is to waiste supplies with no reward and there for wanted to share a few great ideas I had to make it more enjoyable.

 

1.) So how cool would it be to have a box on each roof top on all maps during parkour mode in which you could collect by being on it for atleast 5 seconds proving you got ontop of the house. Once you collect all of these boxes on a certain map you would get a reward such as crystals or perhaps a certain paint showing your achievment. And to make this even cooler...What if you got an epic paint for showing you have achieved this on all maps...In a way combining all the paints together from all maps for 1 really cool paint?

 

2.) I also think it would be a great idea to allow players to use supplies at no expense being there is no way of getting a reward of crystals from parkour at the moment.

After thinking more into this subject, I thought rather then having boxes it could be a glowing device so you could easily identify which structures would have them. I was also thinking maybe recieving 1 paint and crystals after collecting all the glowing devices on a map and as you clear other maps it would add to the stats of that specific paint. The graphics of the paint could even change too as you progress clearing more maps showing your achievments or just have 1 other paint after achieving all maps.

 

The stats on this paint would have:

1.) Mine protection

2.) Railgun protection

3.) Thunder protection

4.) Hammer protection

5.) Twin protection

Obviously it would have some safety function to prevent players from abusing the feature, such as having a random number generator decide when to drop the box, or perhaps a timer for every hour, etc. Though considering that it would land on a random rooftop every time, I think that's a safeguard in itself. I don't feel further explanation is even required, but he did already acknowledge he would return.

I might be able to get that up and running. Let me see what I can do. I like the concept, and if we get lucky, I might be able to find some way to even finance this.

Should be fun :D

As you do know, in Parkour Mode, you can't get any crystals. Capturing flags = 0 battle fund. Killing = 0 battle fund. So, how about, for each parkour trick done, the fund increases. Like, in the Red Team Base, there's something on top of it in Rio. And, in Blue Team Base in Rio, go to the other side in which you need Hornet for. So, yes. The fund can increase by 10 crystals or more. Hope you like my idea. :blush:

how can the battle fund increase by doing parkour tricks? i mean the battle i cant identify whether a player did a trick

Well, if it was a fake parkour trick, battle fund won't increase. If it was real, then, fund can increase.

there are no fake & real parkour tricks & how will the battle detect of a real parkour trick is done?

Nah, we should just have more parkour contests.

Parkour contests give prizes to very few people, and most parkourists are left with no profit. Take me as an overrated example: I play almost only in parkour mode and I never buy crystals. I spend a lot of time in the game and I'm a very active parkourist. I spent hundreds of thousands of crystals on micro upgrades to get a perfect micro upgraded parkour equipment and I spend hundreds of drugs every week just for parkour. I did get most of these crystals when I was still battling but now I stopped battling completely and I have no good way to get crystals. Battles are boring for me now so I don't wanna spend hours getting crystals in a boring way. I do need more crystals for buying more parkour equipment and micro-upgrading it and I do need more drugs, so the only way I get it now is from daily gifts, which solves my drugs problem but not the crystals problem. Contests don't really solve my problems too because I didn't win it even though I climbed both skyscrapers with a tiny team... I guess 3 players with M1-M2 equipment climbing a skyscraper isn't impressive enough for the developers, or is it that I got disqualified for whatever stupid reason... And no matter how good I am it will not help me now to change my submission or show enough cool things until I get something for it, because I won't get anything for it.

 

Anyway, parkourists spend a lot of time in the game without earning any crystals and without getting better equipment but they do spend a lot of time and drugs on it. Most parkourists do play normal battles as well but parkour is still an expensive thing for some of them. I know many players that never drug in parkour nor use mines because they can't afford it, they barely agreed to spend crystals on PRO battle pass to have private battles for parkour. And they are not noobs, they are good at what they do but they just don't get enough crystals in battles or want to save them for buying equipment instead of drugs.

 

Parkourists should have a good way to earn crystals without having to battle, hunt golds, buy or farm crystals... Everyone could enjoy the crystals income of parkour achievements and an automated battle fund system for reaching high places, jumping high/far, helping others to perform parkour tricks (and I know how to detect it automatically), parkour boxes, and so on...

About the parkour box idea, I think it should be like a silver box, more frequent than gold box and worth less crystals, dropping on roofs of houses. Could be fun to have a few types of these boxes:

OMP box - a box that drops in places that players can reach alone, and only the player who gets this box gets the crystals.

Normal parkour box - a box that drops where players can't get it alone and have to do it with the help of a friend (one friend should be enough). The player who gets the box and the player who shot him or hit his mine last share the crystals.

Challenge box - a box that drops on a very tall place that is really hard to reach (like a skyscraper or some other very tall house), this box is worth a lot more crystals and when it gets picked up everyone in the battle get crystals. (because it is most likely that most of the players or all of them will help reaching this box)

The parkour boxes idea, i kinda like it, but idk how would you split the crystals with the guy/s helping you.

50% for each.

Players wouldn't get too rick from conquering maps because big maps that worth more crystals for conquering will take more time to conquer. Also players can get the achievement of conquering each map only once.

Hello! Many people love parkour and they do it, many people use parkour mode battle for do parkour.Many people love parkour but they haven't a lot of crystals to buying drugs so... my idea is: Unlimited drugs in parkour mode battle ( we don't use our drugs ) . :wub: indication: http://prntscr.com/6bdjuh . Hello, I suggest to you to add a rule to ( Parkour clubs rules section) 

 

The rule will say what do you need to have to make your club topic to pinned /. since TFP topic is pinned without any "lawful" reason .

In parkour are needed mines but i will like new parkour mode - No kill!

 

If you want just get on some building without mines , every , every , every time will in enemy team join somebody , activate drugs and kill everybody. It´s really funny for others... I have just made my blacklist with every player ruining parkour, but it is just for me and it won´t stop them.

I would like to see the re-spawn time in Parkour battles reduced to 0s when you press delete.

 

The countdown is not necessary as there should not be a penalty for flipping over in a game mode that is supposed to be fun and is not competitive, it just wastes time. If you are doing allot of jumps and fun stuff you can end up spending 5-10 min waiting to re-spawn which is an unnecessary waste of time and is not fun.
