Ideas for Parkour!

I want to see mammy on the Rio tower and jump off and do millions of backflips in style!

 

 

I am waiting..

 

Winner will receive 10 gold boxes!

 

Conditions:

 

All must be recorded from getting up and down.

Uploaded to youtube and sent back here quoting my post!  :D

- 2 Gold boxes per member who help in the video to complete this challenge.

Making your own parkour contests with gold box rewards is a great idea :D

Though I'm not sure 10 gold boxes will convince many people to do it, it's 2 gold boxes per team mate at most. But it's an awesome idea and I will use it to revive my parkour challenges topic :D Thank you so much for the idea!

Making your own parkour contests with gold box rewards is a great idea :D

Don't mean to seem ungreatful but I don't think 10 Gold boxes are anywhere near to the amount enough to convince people to even consider to take up the challenge. Edited by cube3e

If you also read the edit, surely it will take more than 5 tankers to get a mammy up there, therefore it  will be more than 10 gold boxes.  ^_^

I can make it with 5 tanks with mammy m1 :P

or even with 4 if the tank who sets the mines goes down and joins the elevator

Well at the end of the day I am the judge and if its to add 20 players unnecessary then no.

 

And what I should make clear there is only 1 winner (Team)

hmmm, I lied, its not really one idea, its actually several ideas (I should go to jail for that) :P

 

any way, lets talk about them :D

 

-enemy fire (parkour mode only)

 > the ability to toggle this option on/off would likely to be popular as it would turn the ability to damage tanks of the opposite team on/off.  in other words, if you uncheck it, it is very pointless to kill other players as they wont receive any damage. very similar to friendly fire.

 

-toggleable auto aim option (pro battle settings)

 > the name speaks for itself.

 

mines:

 

well, with the mines option, we could allow it to trigger on allies as well as enemies and deal damage to them. (pro battle settings)

we could also turn them completely off and they wont trigger if we them down and another player steps on them. (parkour format only)

and the final option for mines is that we could allow it to trigger if someone steps on them, but it wont deal damage. (parkour format only)

 

 

if this idea is rejected, then I understand :D

I have 2 other suggestions for improvements to parkour:

1. You say limit the number of mines, but what about DA? It makes no difference for parkour, but is helpful for trolls

2. Some way of disabling d/l and not counting it as hours played on the ratings page

I guess you mean double damage, it is helpful in parkour to heal jumpers so they can survive more mines.

Basicly, parkour mode is to parkour, not to kill everyone. To stop trolls that kill everyone and accidents, make everyone deal 0 damage to each other. But do keep the knockback from every wapeon tho. Mines also shouldn't do damage, but will still be able to knock you up. I don't know why this is still not in the game, parkour mode has been here a pretty long time, and this is such an obvious thing to add.

What is the point of kicking a player in parkour for being "inactive"?

 

I was doing the twins elevator trick when you flip your tank on the side but then I was kicked for "inactivity"...

 

Is there an option to remove it?

Lets be honest, killing is annoying in parkour, all those players killing just to gain stats/ruin stats, so enabling infinite health in parkour mode is suitable.

 

If this idea is patched into a different direction for e.g having an option of enabling infinite health in parkour or not, have it auto-set to infinite health which a way to use this feature more (just imo).

 

Now for the downsides of this idea, parkour stgs and other gamemodes are commonly used in parkour mode, gamemodes like mine hunt are used in parkour so instead of doing it in parkour how about to put a feature in that involves no self-destruct zone seperately from the parkour mode with games such as mine hunt that way it does not clash with the infinite health parkour mode feature.

 

On a side note, if they can't do anything of these for "reasons", how about not including kills and deaths into profiles, it just encourages people with drugs to do mass killing.

 

Another main reason for infinite health in parkour is really obvious, it's parkour, dying while performing a parkour trick cause you forgot to press '1' is annoying and really is a pointless mode where you die when it never gives you any useful gain (crystals and xp)
