Ideas for Parkour!

The idea is simple: allow unlimited overdrives in Parkour format. This would not be as OP as it seems. I know the idea of unlimited supplies in Parkour has been declined. I am talking about after each hull gets it's own Overdrive. This would mean that each team would need a Dictator to do that, and Dictator is not good for Parkour. This would allow for more diversity in Parkour challenges; a Dictator would be another member of the team and woud take up space without actually helping with the liftoff.

I think it's the same issue as with supplies. Developers want players to go into parkour battles and waste their supplies away, and if infinite overdrives were to be a thing, players would no longer use their own supplies in battles.

Many players complained about the repair kit update ruining parkour. It's not a big deal for the most common tricks but once you get into big jumps with massive shooting, some things become impossible (especially big jumps with strikers). Making parkour battles have the old mechanism of repairing continuously without stopping when you take damage or when your health is full will bring things back to normal and make quite a few tricks possible again.

          We already know how popular are the "Silence CTF Parkour" battles / maps. Only that, there is nobody doing parkour and nobody really gets anything from killing others, except for some better d/l. The real parkour players usually do in organized, private sessions. Many players enter these maps to socialize, chat, relax, when tanki lags, or drop gold boxes, or catch gold boxes. Some players enter these battles and kill without reason, or because they think they are funny troll, or because they think there is the perfect place to prove how pro they are. In real, they are annoying and disturbing and nothing seems to be able to stop them. Would it be a good option to have a chill battle mode, where all fire/shooting/damage (except self destruct) to be disabled, but dropping gold boxes enabled? If Tanki has a sort of profit from these battles, because there are many supplies waisted used, then enable use of chill mode only under specific circumstances (pay crys to open, or premium players, etc).

I don't understand why damage exists in parkour mode in the first place. So there definitely should be an option to disable it. But no need for a whole new game mode.

Disabling damage was considered when parkour mode was created, but it was declined because some parkour tricks required players to die. Nowadays dying tanks are pretty much useless (except rare cases where self destruction does the job) but it's not profitable for the company to stop people from spending so many supplies in parkour mode.

Could be nice to have the rotation speed limit removed or increased a lot, that would make a bunch of cool tricks possible, that are currently not working because the required tank rotation speed is unachievable.

its for those who are Parkourists and cares about there D/L i had 1.09 b4 i was not a parkourists after being now i have almost 1.00 , so tanki should remove it.

make parkour in regular battles easier

 

how it was like before space mode u could easilly get on tanks but now u just slam down on the ground

I think he's talking about how easy it was to get on tanks with the old parameters of hulls and turrets. My favorite thing at that time was the wasp weight - thunder impact ratio, it made it possible to get into wheelie with a swing on flat ground, and made my favorite OMP trick (Leap) possible. ahhh.... good old days...

Hey Guys! :D

 

If you are a person who like to do parkour, you know this feel: You got killed, by a mine or by an other person.

That's annoying, because you not have a good Protection. I have an Idea for fix this problem. 

 

Tanki can make Parkour Protections, just for example:Hammer-Raiilgun-Thunder, Hammer-Raiilgun-Magnum, Hammer-Raiilgun-Striker, or my favourite of all, make a Hibrid Protection example: Hammer-Raiilgun-Mine  :wub:,  and the others..

 

 

 

I think thats a helpful idea, It will be good for Parkour Clubs, and Teams, or simple Tankers to do Parkour..

 

Lets have a good update once in this game... :mellow:

Hi i just wanted to point out players kill during parkour mode and all parkourists really hate that and that is really annoying


so what i suggest is whoever makes one kill in parkour mode should be automatically kicked from the battle and not be able to come back in that battle for 10 min or 5 mins or more

And what if you accidentally kill someone when launching them on top of a building? That happens multiple times in every single parkour session.

Say I want to drop the gold in the very middle of Fort Knox. The high place in the middle. We should be able to drop golds wherever we want, including on buildings. Thank you
