Either way its still starting to look like WoT..

Why? Because it will have a decent number of polygons in it, unlike the current one? Then you can say that every tank game looks like WoT. :)

Better Graphics = More Lag = Less Players = Less Money = Less Money for Devs = Less Vodka for Devs = Less Work from the Devs

 

 

Devs, I know you are working pretty hard on this graphics, but why? We like this graphics just fine, and players with Bad PC's can still play and even record vidoes :)

man ,

that m3 smoky 's cannon's end looks horrible.

But the main turret looks a bit better.

I suggest that the devs can leave smoky as it is.

BTW , Semyon's avatar has a spectacle.

:D

 

 

Also , chaps can confuse m0 with m1 and m2 with m3.

Well i suppose that the original smoky shall look better because I don't like the pics much.. still it adds some originality.

Crap? Don't agree. These are just sketches, I bet the final Smoky will look different. We are just showing you the process of development.

I like the aesthetics of the design, but there are two features with regard to practical application that would diminish Smoky's capabilities, especially in long range fire. First there is the distraction caused by the "hammerhead" muzzle. After a few hours of close range fighting it would almost cause you to go cross-eyed. However even more detrimental to Smoky's capability is that of long range fire. It is imperative to have full range of vision around your barrel at long range. The additions distraction of the "hammerhead" would obstruct that range (see example below). Close attention to these small details will determine your chance of survival on the battlefield...Next is the issue of "the bump". The distraction of that bump will draw your eye toward it. After a few hours that bump will not be a good thing at all.

 

Please give these points serious consideration...Other than that I really like the design... :)
