Continous Ping 999

I am experiencing this for the last couple of days. Tried everything.

 

reset whole browsers (IE 11 and Chrome)

Reinstalled adobe flash player

cleared browser history/ cache

cleaned system by running CC cleaner

 

unchecked all game configurations except for fps/ping and chat notifications

 

tried various internet connections (home & work)

 

 

but the issue is persisting in gameplay. Ping goes to 999 and I am unable to play or spawn or chat.

however on the main server chat board its fine

 

I am unable to identify the issue and will appreciate if you can please help/ advise. thank you.

 

(also getting the foul play detected error - got it several times today)

issue resolved after installing mozilla firefox and upon accessing tankonline updating flash player. Thank you.

Lord mostafa, thanks but unfortunately i must say stop giving these suggestion..

i tried every thing that could help for lowering disconnection.

this is tanki servers problem, like that that server en1 had a problem and no one could sign in for couple of hours.

my suggestion is to say developers to change tanki servers location to previous one;in russia, many people got many disconnection and high pings and other things because of new servers.personaly my probs started from when that tanki changed servers.

i have the best pc and best internet speed and a location that have a normal distance to game servers.

Do you even know how much it costs to move servers? Tanki is not so rich to do it continuously. And your problem is probably the version of flash players. Read this.

From my look there is only solution for this and that is changing servers.

 

Just make a look at battles, all are lagging all have disconnections and....

Tanki isn't going to remove the servers, simply because the new location is far better and for some other technical reasons.

i didnt tell so,just wanted serious help from devs.

I agree with Smart here.. besides installing the new browser (fire fox v32.0.3), cleaning the system again and making sure i have the latest flash plyer installed thigs started running smoothly.

 

However today (saturday) i went to server ru9 instead of my regular ru1 or en 1 and i again had the same issue.. ping went to 999 and i got he foul play error again.

 

so i left my games and came back to server 1's however the issue presisted.

 

I ran my speed test and ping was 54, download 1.50mb and uploades i dont remember.

 

I beleive whatever changes tanki has made and distributed the servers in RU and EN is the cause of the problem and needs to be looked into.
