No, because you are traveling, not going back in time.

 

Light years is a measure of distance not time

And if you point a telescope to the point of origin? Light reaching point B(In this case yourself) is 13.7 years old which is equal to the age of the universe. Think four dimensionally both of you.

If we travel 13.7 light years from Earth(Or from any point) right now, would we be able to see the Bigbang? 

No - however - in a way we can using telescopes. The furthest we can probably see back is 250,000 years after the big bang - before that its just the fog of the early stages of the universe.

Earth = 4.6 billion years old

 

seeing 250 000 years after the big bang is preposterous.

We know that the universe is 13.7 billion years old by observing distant galaxies  - the light from galaxies - which is 13.7 billion years old.

When will we be seeing Halley's Comet again?

Halley's Comet's last appearance was in 1986, and its average period of revolution around the Sun is 76 years. But it turns out that the gravitational pull of the giant planets creates variations in that period of up to a few years (so the time between successive appearances isn't always exactly 76 years). Its next appearance should be in 2061.

If you look far back, you see how things were at that time. So if we see a star 13 billion light years away, we see it as it was 13 billion years ago. It took the light that amount of time to reach us.

Nope >.> 

But we can detect light (or gamma rays) that was traveling 13.7 billion years to reach us. In fact we detected radiation - the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) is an "picture" of our young universe.
