Not radar, just a small "window" in maybe the top left of the screen showing what's going on behind.

Why would it look ugly? Depends how you did it....ruining the element of surprise is kind of the point.

In the real world if you kept getting people sneaking up behind you and killing you you would develop a mirror to combat it

@RustyNail: That's the thing, "more to the point." I prefer using some more details to elaborate/justify a reason/claim other than just stating it like that. It provides much more for the reader. Though, I guess there are those that simply can't read much nor understand when confronting a larger post, even when each idea is separated into a smaller paragraphs/sections. Not to mention I don't even consider it "long." I should ask them, ever read anything? :lol:

So really, it isn't exactly "more to the point," but if someone can actually read it, then they may understand parts of it, and learn. Not to mention I believe these "details" are sort of "branching out" the post, enabling more ideas and points of view to be seen.

 

As for this rear view camera. . . Should there be a rank qualification you have to meet when buying it? Perhaps it could be accessible from Major rank and onwards? Or something like that, maybe not Major.

 

Besides, how much would such a thing cost anyway? Though I suppose that would be depending on how viable it is in the first place.

These in Vehicles in Tanki are not tanks. The only turret and hull you can consider as a tank is Mammoth and Shaft. Tanks don't go incline like that, tanks don't have enough power for that they are to heavy. I should know my cousin was in the Army patrolling Afghanistan.

 

But tankis game is fun and I suppose these tanks are an inference about future tanks.

Your idea of a camera is much better, but I think tanki should make it so you can only win them in contests held in the contest section not the newspaper. Im only saying this cause you need to work hard for something that provides such an advantage.

I don't think it would just benefit shafts. It would be useful when you have the flag too and have to look where you're going in a hurry.

They could just make it really expensive if you think it would give that much advantage, but I don't think it would.

There is no need, all you have to do is turn your turret and you can see. Btw I never said that this mirror thing would benefit shafts all I said is that Shaft and Mammoth are the most realistic thing in Tanki apart from nitro.

 

However a radar or minimap would be beneficial in team modes. I am saying this because your teammates will most likely be separated 70% of the time. So instead of having to write in the chat where u are u can either ping your location or allow all teamembers to see u. Btw in order for this to work each player will need didn't colors on the map.

@lukey0 the more increase in technology the more annoying and stupid people get, take  for example the IPhone 6 and the Samsung Galaxy S5, their both phones and the IPhone has knocked off some features from Samsung but there both phones, yet everyone is fighting and arguing over which ones better. I don't think I would want the world to invent such a weapon as twins and rico.
