What is fair, what is unfair for you?(

İt looks Off-Topic but my idea this topic is much more for off.

 

Much times we use this word(unfair) for if you think if anythink is unfair for we. But we have a problem. All players think different for this. All players have diffferent ideas. So all players opinion, differences unfair and fair. So if we try write any topic about of ideas or problems for self, much players write different ideas and  no one will be because developers don't understand or understand hardly what is player want. But if we try discuss, maybe players can reach a agreement and with this tanki online developers can see we much more.

 

Maybe it is too small tyring. But we need try.

Okay for you and for this game, what is fair, what is unfair?

Really much times we think this. But sometimes, somethinks look really unfair.

For this topic, drugs are important. Because really interesting discuss. İ understand you but i am a drug hater :) Your playing style and my playing style need balance( for me and you and similars)

There is no "normal", there is only "like before", which may in fact be "not normal, but overpowered". If you had joined the game today, you wouldn't even know that drugs worked differently before, and you'd get accustomed to the currently gameplay, just like you will in a few months if you don't leave by then.

I understand the concerns about fairness.  My son, 9, got me playing this game about a year ago and I loved it.  I didn't like it when I first started playing because he was so much better than I was, and frankly just about everyone was.  Now I can hold my own with supplies.  The reality is there will always be those that have been playing longer and are just better.  Take away supplies entirely and those that are better will still be better.  Everybody can't be equal.

 

My son and I checked out the update last night and it sucks.  I paid for my supplies and I should be able to use them as I please, the new update has inhibited my ability to use my supplies when I need to.  In order for me to compete with higher ranked/skilled players I need to use all supplies simultaneously to capture flags or defend.  I am done with my rant and will let my wallet do rest of my talking, I will purchase no more crystals as long as the the update remains in effect.  It was so much fun to play as it was and you guys ruined it - plain and simple.  I think you guys are going to wish you had stuck to the 'if it aint broke, don't fix it' mentality.  What got you to where you are?  Keep doing that.

 

My suggestion is to create servers for those that don't purchase supplies and servers for those that do.  Allow those that don't purchase supplies to enter the 'purchased supplies' servers, but not vice-versa.

I think that after such a long time using this system you can call it normal, and I don't just mean that I can't use 3 at the same time but also the rip-off where I paid full-price while they decrease the time they last with 25%.

This happened to me recently. A gold box was dropping and someone used a jump hack to get it. That was pretty unfair and a lot of players raged .-.

Unfair: Teams trying to Parkour and I leave the battle because of teammates that don't play.

Buffing up other weapons, but indirectly nerfing freeze (last year, decreased damage, less freeze time, ) this year makes it harder to go around tanks due to speed boost update.

UNFAIR! :(: You join a game right? It's got like 5 mins till it ends. You get a decent amount of kills, which lots of people think would earn you a tidy sum of money. Say the battle fund was 4,000. You get about 45 kills, and what's your pay? 8 CRYSTALS! RUBBISH! :angry:

I'll tell you what's "unfair"; the fact that this game is based on monopoly. You have games which you can buy and then can edit the content of the game the way you like it yourself for yourself and if the authors of the game provide permission, you can also share your edits with other people (generally speaking; mods). You also have some games which often are small and simplistic, which the authors let people get access to and play for free. Then there's the games made by big corporations which you play for free... but if you understand them for what they are, you will see that they are in fact not free at all! Games which you play for free for a while, but then see a requirement to pay in order to gain more from the game. Such games make you waste money over and over again. Until you on your own have payed for the game more than the game is worth. Look inside tanki and you'll see it. I myself have wasted more money on tanki than on any other game combined. Does that seem fair to you?

 

In short, the monopoly in which the game is built in creates all the issues you see before you today:

* Buyers who purchase supplies to (as I call them) pirate certain battles

* The right for the developers to change the game the way which would only benefit them more to which people continuously payed for

* Balance issues

* People needing to pay for getting more options

 

And the list goes on. What you see as "unfair" has one cause and ONLY one cause; the monopoly of which the game consists of. Remove the monopoly, make it a game of "free for all" or for the sake of developers "pay and play for free" and that will resolve almost all, if not all the things which you see as "unfair".
