I am surprised to see that the option "No" is winning. Despite what is being said, I do not think devs listen to the negative opinions. I have no intention of being rude but I once heard a quote

Yes I think minor updates made recently have moved tanki along in the right direction. However the new smart cool down update is a very controversial matter and changes a lot of peoples opinions on the games progress. I myself dont have anything against the update :)

Yes. They are really balancing the game now.

Especially with the Smart Cooldown.

 

Smart Cooldowns may have an (unwanted) negative effect on high-rankers

who loved the speedy drugwars amongst their owns.

Besides this relatively small group, I simply applaude this new update!

No more easy take-overs and in CTF 's you 'd better cooperate to capture a flag.

 

Drugs will still be playing a major role, but with SC they support Tankers: instead of overpowering them.
