Can someone please explain to me what Оскорбления, мат, ругань, провокации (скрин) Rules this mean ?

At morning i entered a battle in serphuov and other team wos using multis, the balance of the flag wos 80-21
thent it went 86-100, so while in battle i become furious and said things like : - - multis . - , wake up u midget - also Cyka and im sorry for that .. because those tanks were sitting there all the time not helping i wasted like 200 of each drugs and won only 2k .



Now this hurts a lot .. :unsure:

Please bear in mind that a violation is a violation, no matter how thin or thick it is. The consequences are necessary to be given to violators, or else the game would be a mess and an unsafe place.
