Team balancing

When a game has already begun and you can clearly see by the score that one team is obviously getting overpowered, what is the incentive to join a game on that losing side. I have done so hoping I could turn the tide of battle, but most of the time with no luck and after a long game no crystals.

 

The system should offer crystal incentives for better players to join an underpowered team. Or at least guarantee some sort of payout even if the score for your team is 0.

 

Game balance suffers as people only want to join a winning side and get the payout with the certain win.

this is the biggest con in tanki online. See everybody wants to more and more crystals because of it when selecting battles players only choose winning side. I have given tanki idea of seperate battle fund or score wise battle fund distribution it will make players not to leave or join  the battle when losing.

I see they have tried to implement a balancing mechanism by allowing equal slots on both teams, but really I play to get crystals and when your team score is 0 flags, you get squat, regardless of your actual score. Fair in theory I suppose but practically it isn't working.

 

If a few good players were to join a losing game, and then kick some ass, they should get a killer payout. then people would seek the challenge for the potential payout.

 

I would also consider giving better advantage to people playing defensively. Give players closest to their flag small incremental point increase every few seconds they hang around it They are in essence giving up kills for the betterment of the team, they should also be rewarded. Say or point every 2 or 3 seconds being near the flag.

 

The opposite should also be true...give same incremental score when carrying enemy flag.  (again 1 point every 2 or 3 seconds). There are some people that carry the flag around for ages waiting for their team to get their own flag back, just to get blown up after being chased for 5 minutes. Perhaps they get the incremental score only when their home flag is gone, so they don't just run the clock out. They are penalized because their team sucks and they cant score This would encourage some flare and might push people to play a little more aggressively. Just a thought.

I agree that there needs to be incentive to stick with a losing team.  Without any reward for continued action most rational self interested people bail at the first sign of uncertainty.  Or games get raided with organized groups with mults to steal the battle fund.  Personally I'd prefer the solution of a separate fund for each team, though anything would be better than the next to nothing currently given to the people who stick out an entire match on the losing side.

the question is ! why under power player join over power team !!! i have suggested devellopers to limit the difference of level in battle , because it s boring to loose a game cause of underlevel player join team !!! they are uselless for the team and for themsesleves.

tanki developers dosent listen they need to see the rage when playing for a loosing team and at the end you got nothing this really annyos me.

see for instance THE WOELD OF TANKS game the reward is given on the basis of kill streak not for win or loose.......
