New game creation options

How about more options when creating a new game...

 

1) toggle to disallow power up boxes

2) toggle to disallow inventory power ups

3) toggles to allow or disallow the various hull and turret types (i.e. maybe only an all firebird game) or whatever

 

This would allow you control to create a game that you want to play...don't want rail guns in your game, toggle them off and they aren't permitted to join.
