No. Because gaining XP is also about gaining crystals. If you get XP without getting any crystals, or even wasting some, just to get the next rank, you won't get the amount of crystals you were supposed to get.

Tanki online had an lvl up button years ago but they removed it for some reason and for me i think this idea is not so good

No but I am assuming that he does have M2's and should fight others who use M2's rather than fight people with only M1's.

I fight against M3s at this rank. But at your rank, if you hafe m1 combo, you can easilymrank up cause theres noobs everywhere!
