Mine was something I came up with a long time ago. I was making a story, and I couldn't think of the villains name. Eventually, I thought up "Kata". Ever since then, I've used it for anything account-related.

 

891 is because it has 89 in it. 89 is kinda my number. That started because years ago, I was playing an online game, and named myself "Kata". Later, I forgot my password, so I created a new name "Kata89". I felt as if it had a good ring to it so it just kinda stuck. I had to add the extra "1" to 89 because Kata89 was already taken.

 

I later found out though, that "Kata" is some form of fighting style, however.
