Why my weapon is not effect with enemy, but their weapon always effect

when i shoot, enemy is not death. but i am always death by their weapon.

Is my net have problem?

I see FPS: 15, ping: 145. Is this high signal?

i do not know the reason? When i play, net signal alway poor, although i still use another net application.

Is my net signal poor? or this game have problem?

Please give me the question?

yes this same happened to me yesterday now its not there :)

After newest upgrade of procedure, the net signal is very poor, very slow. Before upgrade, I can play very easily with high net signal. Please consider about this. Follow my opinion, I only want play this game with good net signal, I do not care too much about graphic, although procedure alway try to increase it. But they need think about far place want to play this game.I have this problem 2 days consecutively

I have the same problem - and have had it for 2 days now - dont know what to do...!!!

How do we fix it...!!!

 

I have tried to cleared cache, checked updates and so on - but nothing works for me.

If Im very very lucky - my weapon works for 3-6 sec, the first time I log in to a battle. After that I cant kill (but I can be killed), cant take flag or point. cant take boxes.

Its back , today i played a monte carlo CTF after some minutes i couldn't kill or take the flag or take the supplies :( plz help us
