are you sure the question is correct? It would make sense if it were 3.58^x-2 = 3.58

It is, and i've just figured out

Log 5.58 ^ x-2 = Log 3.58

(x-2) Log 5.58 = Log 3.58

x-2 = Log 3.58/5.58

x=Log 3.58/5.58 + 2

^x-2 is not a integer it is a power of 3.58 and i forgot i needed the log function

27?  :huh: Damn! Answered on my alt! -_-'

7 + 2 = 9

27 reversed = 72

72 - 27 = 45

Thus, it is 27.
