@TheKillerPenguin: Can you check an MU'd Smoky M1's reload time vs. an un-MU'd Smoky M2?

Because if the M1 Smoky could've shot more shots, then that could've played an important factor in the battle.

 

If not, then there were probably some other confounding variables that took part in the battle.

An example may be missed shots. Oh well.

No. He was not on my friends list. The only people i mainly have are my accounts, clan members and some friends like alex55hp, Sewegart and a couple more people that i have played plenty of battles. Also the only time i miss shots with Smoky is on nitro and when i am trying to shoot someone from a far distance. That there is another problem, at high ranks everyone has needle from the ltk M3 so M2 Smoky can't do anything. They literally made Smoky a short range since it cant even do its full damage at medium distances. I personally like Smoky and use it alot with Viking.

See this page on the wiki. Compare the damage of a fully MUed M0 Smoky and the damage of a non-MUed M1 Smoky. The vanilla M1 Smoky has higher stats all around.

Tanki, theres something I don't understand about your game and I think its more in your heads. For some reason you do the same thing over and over. take it for example, Freeze is OP at ranks from WO1-Captain. After that its utterly useless. M3 freeze cant even circle and Isida M3 without dying since Isida restores a great amount of health and its turn speed is to great.

Not if you have a fast hull like Hornet and Wasp...

 

Also Firebird is underpowered from WO3-WO5. Its only great from When the M1 becomes available in the garage. People can kill steal because you cant accept the fact that your ideas on firebird suck, and that the afterburn effect should be short and sweet not for eternity. At M2 though the amount of damage is high and OP M3 freeze. The release of the fire I to quick and the ammo is to much for such a weapon of great damage.

Each turret is strong and weak at some point, for example, Thunder, at M1, it is so strong and powerful, at M2 it is much weaker, not really that good, but at M3, it gets back to being the OP gun I love, each turret at each modification is altered and tweaked to suit the other hulls and turrets at it's modification, just learn to adapt with it.

 

Then theres the fact that you keep switching the tank statistics around. Dictator is stronger than Viking at M1, M2 and M3 yet not at M0? Then theres hunter, it keeps jumping from 90 to 165 then 190 then 235? whats up with that? Why is it so weak at m0 and M2?

Same as what I said about Fire, it is all balanced some how if you look at it from a larger scale.

 

Then theres the fact that people are having trouble adjusting to weapons because when you use it its different and weaker because of the Micro Upgrades. Just make it for M3 since theres an actual point because theres no more upgrades it has to go through.

Devs added the MUs to make the game more fun, also to make another "end goal" rather then just ranking to Generalissimo and then keep playing without a meaning.

 

Then theres the fact that I keep getting DCC for days and days,and others are complaining that they don't get it and that's maybe cause  you keep sending them to me. That's why im spamming the forum, your spamming me with DCC.

Daily gifts are random, no matter how often you get something, it is still random, and it is still your luck.

 

I would wait and see how things turn out but you guys are a disappointment and I just don't even know anymore,  I would move on but I still like some parts of your game.

Disappointment? I'd say you haven't truly experienced the game in all it's aspects. Evey update, every little adjustment to a turret or a hull is thought of weeks and weeks with hundreds of math equations and alot of experimenting, looking at suggestions and feedback, nothing is adjusted or updated with no thoughts before.

I do use hornet.  I use it at M2 and its speed wwas micro upgraded.  I had second  thoughts on upgrading it to M3 but i knew it would  lose its value.  Each weapon  has its own specs but your so called  planning  is making  it difficult for  everyone to adjust to certain weapons. Also with the math you guys must be doing you must be trying be tryingto overcome the impossible.

As a Thunder M1 user, I can confirm this. Keep in mind though that while the M2 is weak, and availabili a a higher rank (albeit still lower than the Smoky), M3 is tied with the Isida as the soonest-available M3 gun (outside of a kit).

But then again if you call business, and making a living off of something you love greedy, then nobody can really help you with that until you truly realize it yourself. You just need some time. Lol. This also applies to your "money-trap" ordeal.

Yes, I agree. Tanki online is an expensive game. They only have one currency after all, and TO's a pretty sizable company, is it not?

However, they do try their best to make cuts for us, with big sales, and 2x Crystal rewards. Heck, how about the VK Promotion? Each time that was held, it was pretty much a free 15,000-30,000 crystal giveaway. And if you spend those on a 50% sale, it's practically DOUBLE.

And don't count out the contests and other events they hold for us.

Basically, it's more complicated than what you say.

Secondly, if they needed more money they could ask them straight. Increase the COST of supplies and the cooling period without messing with the game play. Still they could stop the 234 phenomenon without all the disadvantages of the update...

So, fact #2 the cause of that update is not a financial issue .

Third, they meet ALOT of complains, no need to remember how many posts where locked and how many downvotes everybody saw both in english and russian fora. They didn't reconsider.

So, fact#3, they meant to bound the supplies together, no matter what.

 

All in all, they made an excuse from a situation caused be their "mistake" (of giving away lots of supplies so that 234 became a massive issue) in order to bring a severely intended update messing with their customers likes, making the customers obliged to buy supplies so that they can play.

That's something hard to choke down. They didn't even give us the chance to play with few supplies. The deal is either constant drugging (smart cool down) or no drugging at all (Pro Battles).

Other than that, I like TO and I would like to be a happy player and an advertizer.. But happy, I 'm not now..

 

p.s. I call TO a very expensive game, compared to other so called "free" web games. For such a game 10 euros per month is a common size cost for most players, but TO is more about 20-30 euros per month. If need be, I can - and will btw - calculate all the costs for a one hour day to day play, so that I can speak with numbers (repeating for the last time that more money is not the basic issue here, but more money and less joy, that is!)

What you say is very true. Tanki haven't you noticed that most of your  players are kids? what do you want from us. Many of us don't have jobs and we want to play things that make us happy and full of joy. Why are you pushing us away? you are drawing the buyers because you  have become another greedy company just wanting to become billionaires. I play this game: UberStrike and they lost so many members since the new updates. The prices of the guns went up and if you wanted to buy the gun permanently you have to pay more than 10 times the amount. this is not an insult so hold your huffs and puffs. You realize your "Planning on updates" only suit you and the testers right. They don't have to face     what most of us have to face once the update is released. i got 7 of my friends from school to play your game and they said this is a joke and they punched me for saying lies. I told them your game was fun and entertaining yet they said the difficulty was to forced. Its not natural and its just your version of hell. You guys keep refusing to make a separate server for non druggers because you want money, your pretty much like my dad, if he sees that i have money and he knows i am going to ask him for money because i do that for school trips and all that he asks for my money. You guys ask for our support yet you cant support us. what good is that?

Can you guys at least do some sort of dispatch platoon method? like really everyone's camping nowadays calling it "Skill" . they have just become lazy and you need to make some sort of dispatch method for the team modes, especially CTF.

Yea, and Shaft users have multiplied like frogs after the rain.... and everybody... that is, everybody but me, is constantly on double power.... Sucks..

Here's an excerpt from the EULA that everyone has agreed to upon signing up for the game:

 

Company’s rights and obligations

1. The Company shall be entitled to take any action necessary against any User(s) who violate the terms of this EULA and/or documents forming part of this EULA including the restriction and blocking of access to the Game. Such actions shall be taken at the Company’s sole discretion.

2. The Company shall be entitled to remove and/or change any information, content and Material(s) which forms part of the Game and/ or Online Facilities without any prior warning or notification.

3. The Company is entitled to close and/or to limit the functionality of the Game and/or game services at any time convenient to the Company, without the prior or following notice to User.

4. The Company is entitled to change the quality and the amount of Services granted unilaterally, at any time and in any extent and volume and if there is any sufficient basis to stop Service rendering, the Company shall have the right to stop such Service rendering without the prior and/ or following notification to User.

5. The Company shall be entitled to unilaterally terminate this EULA granted herein and to desist from offering the Game to User at its sole discretion and without prior notice and without returning to User any payments.

6. The Company doesn’t bear any responsibility for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of use or inability of use of the Game, game services or information about the Game, as well as in connection with the third parties actions, including other Users of Game.

Furthermore, it has been proven over and over that generally the community always reacts negatively to big changes. However, in the end it works out, and any new, occurring problems are addressed accordingly. The Devs learn what their audience is like, and adapt to it.

TO's a very expensive game only if you don't know the strategy on how to financially balance your tank, and get the most out of everything without spending a dime at all. There are sales, take advantage of contests, etc. etc.

There is a common rule: Only buy on 50% sales.

 

I'm off to sleep, but I advise you to get to know Remaine. I'm not sure if he's still around or not, but he is a PERFECT example of a player who has accomplished such a feat. I reckon he owns several M3's or so.

I have met Remaine in several battles. The only M3s i have seen him use are, hornet, shaft, freeze. Also “the company" should let us access the test server before the release of an update and allow us to vote on it.

I pretty much have mastered the smart cooldowns so i can call what i do skill. However players have OP paints like prodigi and emerald and yet these so called prpros camp and not help at all. They also find reason to kill steal and that kill could've made a difference for you. Especially for freezes. They cant make easy kills anymore and cant even circle their opponents since the maps are to god damn small and the turrets like shaft and isida and Thunder dont really have any weaknesses from them. Thats from behind that is.
