Winter or Urban

Sales are coming up soon and I want  a new paint..

 

Which one is better urban or winter

If you play longer maps get winter because it protects from Shaft and Thunder, they are common weapons in big maps. And if you play medium or small maps get urban, its perfect on CP's, there are lots of Isida's and Twins users.

 

In my opinion urban  is better.

I bought winter when I was at your rank,

 

now I never use that paint in Generalismo battles, as I have needle paint with mu-ed shaft protection of 43%, also smoky 49%, rico 31%.

 

if I could choose again,

 

  * long range light hull, choosing savana at your rank

  * isida on light hull, choosing urban if you have no plan to get Rock paint later, which is basically a better version of urban

  * if you are shalft user, winter is still a good option

 

but shafts are hard to see these days, most are thunder and railgun,

 

same rank paint option are Savana and Rustle, these 2 paints are as good as in Generalismo battles with some micro upgrades.

 

  * if you really like twins protection or shaft protection, save for Jade and Rock at later rank, since that will make your winter, urban outdated and crystal wasted.

You shouldn't post separate topics with questions regarding what to buy. Instead, ask such questions in the existing topic "What to buy? Which is better?", otherwise your new topics will be closed and you may even get a ban for flooding if this continues.

The effectiveness of the paint depends on how many guns from which you have protection are present in the battle. From what I noticed, there aren't that many twins on any map, however shafts are common on popular maps such as Serpuhov and Stadium. I would suggest Winter out of the two you are choosing from, but IMHO neither are good enough and you should save up to buy something better during new year sales.
