Solution: To prevent some leave the map, create a button obligation to play until the end of the round. However, if you exit the map, half-hour penalty without being able to get into a map (or something similar).

If players don't like the map (doesn't suit there playing style, too high ranks etc), they have the right to exit the map, anyone can join or leave at there will, for whatever reason. You can't force players to stay in a game for a full round.
