As many people as you want, and the split will be decided by the main organizer,

In one of the v-logs they said they will only give it to one person so no not every1 who made it will get but the main person will get it.

If you win, yes you can divide the crystals but the person should be mentioned along with it otherwise, the crystal would be given only to the producer of the Video. If you have further more questions ask in "Questions & Answers" topic.
