Purchasing Crystals In The UK via UKash

Okay, so today I went out to buy a ukash voucher (note that I live in the UK and the currency was GBP) and when I tried to use it on Tanki crystals it failed. Now, I know that the currency for crystals on Tanki is EUR but on other websites, it just immediately converted it.

 

I've tried to convert the currency of the UKash voucher on the actual website but unfortunately that tool isn't available in the Uk which means I no longer have a way of purchasing crystals unless I use a phone (which I do not have). I was just wondering if anybody could help me or tell me how to get crystals easily in the UK without a phone or credit card. 

 

Also, if there are any moderators around I was wondering if you guys could try and bring about a different currency (GBP) on Tanki in order to allow more people in the EN servers to purchase crystals easily.

Hi, please check this and make sure you have done everything correctly.

Also, the currency is USD as you will see in the picture :)

Are you sure you didn't use a small amount of it on an other site before you tried to purchase crystals on Tanki? For example you spend 5 pounds on an other game/site/something else, and after that you tried to spend 20 pounds on Tanki? Because that's not possible with Ukash, you need to spend the whole amount at once.

Hi Z4chary, Did you check the exchange rate of your voucher with the " view Forex rates " link on the page where it asks you to enter the voucher code. I noticed this rate is less than the rate google shows. It could be that your voucher doesn't cover the package you selected but may work on another of lesser value. I also noticed that the part where you can enter your own amount does not show up as awarding the 50% discount during the sale, just enter double the amount you want and click to continue. The next page shows the value with the 50% discount. ( Just in case you choose to take that option )

It definitely says EUR when I go on it, I'm on the EN server of the game when I play and purchase crystals

Hmm, I had a £6.00 UKash voucher and the package cost €7.50 (This was at the time of the 50% off deal) And on Google it says that €7.50 is £5.94

Nope, I definitely tried to use my UKash voucher on Tanki first
